Six Generations of Singing and Songwriting

A sixth-generation singer and songwriter, Brady Wrede has been steadily carving out his unique place in the music industry. Currently residing in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Wrede has diligently written and recorded music over the past several years while performing in Sioux Falls and throughout the surrounding region. Deeply rooted in tradition yet unafraid to explore new sounds, his music blends elements of folk, pop, and rock with thoughtful lyrics and rich melodies.

Brady’s journey began with the release of his debut single Can You Hear Me on August 7, 2020. Since then, he has independently released a full-length album (Wandered This Far – 2021) and two EPs (Light – 2022, Dark – 2023). Most recently, he released Black Coffee in the Morning, a reflective single about discovering love in unexpected places.

Brady’s songwriting is driven by a desire to explore the human experience, both his own and those around him. He finds inspiration in the life stories of friends, family, and strangers, weaving their moments of joy, hardship, and growth into lyrics that feel both personal and universal.

Now, with a new project set to release in 2025, Brady continues to expand his sound and artistic vision. The upcoming work promises to bring a fresh perspective while staying true to the heartfelt storytelling and acoustic soul his audience has come to love.

As a performer, Brady engages audiences through his storytelling and a soft, emotion-filled voice that draws listeners in. Whether performing original songs or putting a unique spin on familiar favorites, he creates authentic connections wherever he plays.

Brady continues to write and record new material, collaborating with local musicians and producers—including those at Jubilee Music Co.—as well as with talent in Nashville.
